**Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining encryption solutions that safeguard data at rest and in transit across DoD systems.
+ Manage the full lifecycle of encryption keys, supporting Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations, and ensure compliance with federal cryptographic standards such as FIPS 140-2 and DoD 8570.01-M.
