**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Lead daily pit operations to ensure safe, efficient material production
+ Coordinate workflow, equipment usage, and task assignments for pit personnel
+ Monitor product quality and adjust processes to maintain operational standards
+ Support equipment troubleshooting and communicate maintenance needs
+ Promote a strong safety culture through consistent guidance and oversight
