Job Description
Manage all piping and welding inspection activities at site/shop within EPC projects.Implement QA/QC activities at work site, including subcontractor works, in accordance with approved QCP / ITPs, procedures, and method statements.Review all material, welding, and testing-related deliverables.Ensure all activities are executed in compliance with Company HSE policies, procedures, and specifications.Attend stage-wise inspections, witness, and hold points as per approved ITP.Perform receiving inspections of project materials and review MTCs / MRBs.Witness WPS / PQR and welder qualifications; inspect weld joints and sign off related reports.Review test packs, verify compliance, and witness pressure and leak testing.Participate in daily progress meetings with EPC contractors and highlight any piping-related issues.Review and certify red mark-ups and final as-built drawing...
