Job Title:                     Operator (Loader)

Position Objective/Description:  

Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a pipe loader.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Understand and follow directions from supervisors as to the required work area.

+ Operate Loader controls to lower and tilt buckets and drive forward to force bucket into the bulk material.

+ Ensure a sound understanding of the issues involving ground disturbance.

+ Operate Loader on public or private roadways, maintaining proper awareness of one’s surroundings.

+ Transport aggregate or other materials in a safe and precise manner

+ Maneuver loader and other heavy equipment safely on public or private roadways

+ Loading, delivery, and dumping of materials in a safe and timely manner
