Join Pioneer Co-op as an HR Advisor and play a pivotal role in talent acquisition and team integration. Engage with team leaders and members to enhance HR practices in retail.
As an HR Advisor, you'll facilitate the recruitment process for both management and non-management positions. You'll also assist new team members in understanding their roles, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and the Collective Agreement. Your expertise will be crucial in generating insightful reports for the HR Manager and Senior Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead talent acquisition initiatives for all positions
• Facilitate onboarding and team member integrations
• Assist management with labor law interpretations
• Generate analytical reports for leadership teams
• Provide coaching on performance and development
Requirements:
• bachelor's degree in Human Resources required
• HR and co-op retail experience is preferred
