Edge Growth Ventures is looking for a high-performing Post-Investment Management Senior Associate to take ownership of a portfolio of early-stage, high-growth impact investments.
This role is not passive portfolio oversight, it is hands‑off value creation. You will work directly with founders and leadership teams to unlock growth, drive performance and shape strategy across a diverse portfolio of SMEs.
You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, owning investments from post‑deal handover through to exit, while influencing investment decisions and portfolio strategy.
