We are looking for experienced Pillar Change Focals to support a large scale S4 HANA transformation programme. The role will focus on driving business change, user adoption, process readiness and stakeholder engagement across one of the following business pillars: Asset Management Projects and Wells Hydrocarbon Management. This is not a purely technical SAP role. The ideal candidate must have strong business change experience, ERP transformation exposure and the ability to work closely with process teams, business stakeholders and change networks to support successful adoption of new ways of working.
