Southland Holdings is actively seeking motivated and dependable Pile Driving Laborers to join our team in Green Cove Springs, Florida. This role supports pile driving operations and requires hands-on experience with sheet pile, pipe pile, H-piles, and concrete piles.
Key Responsibilities

+ Assist with the setup, alignment, and installation of pile driving templates

+ Support rigging operations for hammers, sheets, and pile materials to ensure safe handling and placement

+ Guide and position sheet piles during installation, securing them to templates using clips, come-alongs, and other tools

+ Work alongside surveyors and supervisors to help maintain proper alignment and location of each pile

+ Ensure materials are installed plumb and to proper elevation under supervision
