The exposed piping and support hangers provide ideal perching points for pigeons, and in the absence of any bird control measures, continuous bird activity has resulted in persistent droppings buildup. This has raised notable hygiene concerns and is negatively impacting the overall appearance and cleanliness of the premises.

• Supply and installation of bird spikes on the affected pipelines and nearby perching locations.
• Ensuring proper fixing of bird spikes to avoid displacement.
• Final inspection after completion to ensure no bird activity and cleanliness is maintained.
