As an Operations Manager – Pick-Up Operations, you will own the day-to-day running of pick-up services in your territory. You will lead teams, partner with businesses operating pick-up points, and ensure customers have a seamless experience from arrival to collection. You will deliver short-term objectives while driving continuous improvement toward long-term goals.
