The opportunity
This newly created full time Physiotherapy Lead role will be the senior clinical resource for physiotherapy across TCS located in Adelaide’s CBD and Walkerville, supporting high‑quality, safe, and consumer‑centred care, delivering expert clinical assessment, complex case management, and evidence‑based intervention.
You will:
Provide advanced clinical decision‑making, expert assessment, and complex case management for patients with multifactorial functional, mobility, and rehabilitation needs.Lead and coordinate physiotherapy service delivery across TCS, ensuring integrated, timely, and effective care pathways.Oversee physiotherapy practice standards and alignment with strategic priorities.Provide supervision and mentoring to physiotherapists and other members of your team, to strengthen clinical capability.Lead service development, audit activity, and continuous improvement i...
