Support Head, Home Health in daily PT operations and ensure team to deliver high-quality services in accordance local regulations and guidelines Clinical Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical conditions, functional limitations, medical history, and social circumstances in their home environment. Develop individualized and goal-oriented treatment plans based on assessment findings and in collaboration with patients, their families/caregivers, and referring physicians. Implement a range of physiotherapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, gait training, balance retraining, pain management strategies, and the prescription of assistive devices. Educate patients and their caregivers on exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and the safe use of mobility aids and adaptive equipment.
