Position Overview
Physiotherapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services, managing a diverse caseload independently, and supporting rehabilitation outcomes through evidence-based assessment and treatment. The role also involves mentoring junior staff and contributing to service improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently assess, treat, and manage patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, post-operative, and rehabilitation needs.
- Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation goals.
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, treatment progress reviews, and discharge planning.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans using sound clinical judgement.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Participate in departmental projects, service development initiatives, and quality improvement activities.
