Position Overview
A Physiotherapist (Grade II) is a licensed healthcare professional who assesses, diagnoses, and treats physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities through movement-based therapies and rehabilitation. He/She contributes confidently to clinical operations and supports junior colleagues. Clinical Duties Independently manage diverse caseloads, including post-operative, neurological or musculoskeletal cases in both inpatient and outpatient Adapt care plans with sound clinical judgement Participate in service development and departmental initiatives Provide guidance and support to entry-level therapists or students or therapy assistants Demonstrates teamwork with providing efficient cross-coverage Implement and document the following: initial assessment reassessments every 6 monthly for maintenance and 3 monthly for active rehabilitation Individualised rehabilitation goals weekly review rehab plan treatment updates discharge planning Demonstrates independent case-management and discussio...
