Maximizes a patient's functional independence through thorough assessment, treatment planning, treatment implementation and treatment evaluation & communicate assessment and treatment outcomes with the interdisciplinary team through documentation and team meetings.

• Assess the patients current functional status
• Planning all treatment procedures
