Location: Dundas, ON
Schedule: 14 hours/ week (8am - 3pm)
In this role you will:
Perform clinical assessments and implement treatment plans for clientsProvide ongoing evaluation of client progressAdminister and collect outcome measurement informationParticipate in quality improvement initiativesCommunicate to appropriate referral sources and stakeholdersEngage in continuous learning and skills developmentHave fun, and contribute to a positive patient experienceQualifications:
