Exhibit excellent classroom management skills by creating a structured learning environment that fosters student confidence, accountability, and high achievement. Integrate Indigenous perspectives into teaching and classroom practice in meaningful ways. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity of instruction, contribute to school-wide initiatives, and uphold shared expectations.
