The Physician will:

Provide professional services to the Hospital’s patient population (including but not limited to assessment, treatment and management of care) and assure continuity of care for those patients assigned to Physician. The professional services provided shall be consistent with the requirements in place at the time for all applicable federal, state and local regulatory entities (including, without limitation, The Joint Commission). As may be reasonably required by the Hospital, work with designated Hospital administrators to provide input into the Practice Location’s budgets, capital expenditures, strategic planning and marketing.
