+ Collaborative team-based approach to care based in Ludington, MI

+ Work directly with an Advanced Practice Provider

+ Opportunity to perform procedures in office or at hospital

+ Strong well established primary care referral base

+ Call coverage is rotated through 10 days per month with 1 holiday

+ Robotics available including Xi


Qualifications

BC/BE - Urology

License - Michigan MD/DO

Certification – BLS (Basic Life Support)
