Worksite Setting: Inpatient, Expected Surgical Volume on OR days: 5-12 cases per day, Scope of Work: Ortho Hand Surgery, # of inpatients rounded on per day: 0-5, Expected # of patients per day in Clinic: 20-40 per day. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active SC License, BC in Orthopedics, with a Hand Surgery Fellowship, CSR, DEA that can be permanently registered in SC. EMR: Epic.
