Overview

Medcan Health Management is seeking a Family Physician to build a Dedicated Care, Rostered Family Practice in Etobicoke at 3250 Bloor Street West. The position requires at least three clinic days per week, Monday through Friday, primarily between 8am and 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Dedicate your time to a relatively small number of patients, focusing on in‑depth compassionate and preventative primary care.
• Build strong relationships with patients and take the time to understand all interconnected aspects of their health and wellness journey.
• Uncover insights from same‑day testing conducted by our dedicated team to provide clinical recommendations and health guidance.
• Craft well‑rounded clinical and wellness diagnoses and treatment plans that utilize our extensive referral partners, leaving the referral process to our dedicated referral team.
