Review radiology orders including utilization management, ensuring appropriate pre and post procedural work ups. Technical oversight of the technologists Overall safety of patients including establishing protocols. Oversight of contrast administration and response to adverse patient reactions. Timely interpretation and communication of imaging results, including report entry into the digital medical record and verbal notifications of critical finding.
