Summary Primary Care Physician will be responsible for delivery of primary care to patients enrolled in the Durham Health Care System (HCS). The provider will be assigned to the Ambulatory Care Service where they will manage scheduled and unscheduled patients in the outpatient clinic setting. This physician will be fully qualified and certified to function in both a clinical and administrative role and in accordance with the guidelines and policies of the Durham Veterans Affairs (HCS). Responsibilities Duties & responsibilities include but are limited to: Primary focus of practice is the independent clinical evaluation of Veterans including prevention and patient self-management.
