Summary This position is located within the New Albany, IN clinic as part of the Primary Care Program which is part of the Louisville VA Medical Center. This is the full performance level for staff physicians. They are assigned to any VHA program and setting, including outpatient medicine, Vet Centers, and DoD installations Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Responsible for completing own credentials documents for the (re) appointment and privileging process Review abnormal radiology reports and laboratory reports as assigned by the Chief, Primary Care. Complete all medical records documentation in a timely manner using SOAP format in the computerized medical record system and/or legible handwriting to ensure quality of care.
