Details: Employed, full-time position General PM&R Team includes a physiatrist, PA, and support staff Inpatient and outpatient setting Inpatient: 36-bed unit which offers comprehensive services including PT/OT/ST along with certified rehab nursing, diabetes educators, dieticians, psychological services, pharmacists, social workers, and extensive team of specialists.
