Flexible Work, Better Balance
1.Compensation: $220,000 base plus a wRVU incentive program. Once wRVU (E&M, Surgery) equals 5,680 for any contract year, an incentive payment of $40.00 for each wRVU over the 5,680 will be paid (paid quarterly). 2% increase on base and wRVU multiplier for years 2 and 3 of employment contract.
2.Call: will be 1 in 4 nights
3.Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner: physician would be expected to assist in oversight of mid-level provider(s) and may become a supervising/collaborating physician.
5.Benefits: eligible for Hospital provided benefits including health insurance, 403(b) retirement plan (with 3% matching and 3% non-elective contributions available), 4 weeks PDO, plus 6 holidays and 1 week CME (up to $3,000).
