**PRACTICE SPECIFICS**

+ Seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join our team of MDs, NPs, and CNMs. Essentia is a well-established practice in a rapidly growing community with approximately 1300 deliveries/year
+ As Hospitalist you will provide 24/7 in-house obstetric coverage for labor & delivery, triage, and emergency OB care. This includes management of high-risk pregnancies, obstetric emergencies, and unassigned/ED obstetric patients. Role includes performing vaginal deliveries, operative vaginal deliveries, and cesarean sections as primary surgeon
+ Collaborate closely with midwives, community OB/GYNs, anesthesia, pediatrics, and nursing to ensure safe, patient-centered care
