This model empowers physicians to build meaningful patient relationships, spend more time with each individual, and practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced, without RVU pressure.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Total 1st Year Compensation: $300,000+ (higher with experience & performance)
• Commencement Bonus: $50,000-$100,000+
• Annual Performance Bonus: 20% of base salary
