Internal Medicine Physician to join 3-physician IM department in Northern Cali. This is an employed position to join three other physicians. 100% outpatient. Busy from day one, strong referral base already established. New patients currently being schedule out 3 months. Large multi-specialty group consisting of 28 physicians. Non-profit Medical Foundation model allows physicians to enjoy the autonomy of private practice with the security of being employed. Medical Foundation manages all administrative duties for physicians including marketing, staffing, billing/collecting, etc. Compensation package includes salary guarantee, relocation package, full health/dental/vision benefits package, 401k, deferred compensation plan, CME allowance, malpractice/tail insurance coverage.
