**ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking an Infectious Disease Physician in Sylvania, Ohio.**

**Opportunity Highlights:**
• Office is conveniently located inside of the ProMedica Health and Wellness Center
• Work with two Physician’s and six Advanced Practice Providers
• Clinic hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm
• Hospital rounding shared with Providers in the practice (including Toledo, Flower, Bay Park and Monroe Hospitals) along with a highly engaged clinical pharmacy team to assist with antimicrobial stewardship
