**About this role:**

+ Fulltime Hospitalist (days)
+ Physician created schedule allowing time off flexibility
+ Average patient census per day is 13-15
+ 9 daytime rounders
+ This medical facility is a referral center for trauma and emergency services and houses medical surgical units, a 34-bed closed ICU, a 42-bed emergency department, and 8 operating rooms.

**Position Highlights:**

+ 1:1 Hospitalist to Nurse Coordinator. Dedicated nurse coordinator for rounding, interdisciplinary care coordination, discharging patients, family phone call updates, etc.
