Position Overview
The Division Chief of Pediatric Neurology in conjunction with the Division Chief of Neurosurgery will be responsible for the comprehensive operations of the Division of Neurosciences so that, as a whole, the division supports the mission of the Helen DeVos Childrenβs Hospital including clinical services, education, research, other scholarly activity, and advocacy.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Department Chief of pediatrics, the new Division Chief of Pediatric Neurology, will be expected to:
+ Foster an atmosphere conducive to excellence in clinical care, faculty development, education, and clinical research.
+ Develop effective strategic plans to expand and strengthen pediatric neurosciences center core clinical programs.
+ Deliver consistently excellent access and services for every patient every time, expand strategic local and regional community partnerships.
