Job Summary:
The Physician Assistant (PA-C) will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical care team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care. This role focuses on patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of health conditions, with an Client on preventive care and chronic disease management to improve overall patient outcomes.
