Job Description
Chase Memorial is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team on a full-time basis (30+ hours per week). The PTA will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care, support rehabilitation programs, and help patients achieve their functional goals.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
+ Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities as appropriate
+ Monitor patient progress and report changes to the Physical Therapist
+ Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home care programs
+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
+ Ensure a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
+ Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
