Job Title: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Pay Rate: $57.00 to $61.25 per hour
The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) partners with residents and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality physical therapy services, with the goal of maximizing residents' functional abilities and independence.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform therapeutic procedures under the direction of a licensed therapist, following physician orders and established care plans.
• Implement and support individualized treatment plans, including functional goals, frequency, duration, and therapeutic modalities.
• Monitor patient progress, report status changes, and collaborate with the supervising therapist to modify care plans as needed.
