A Full-Time  Physical Therapy Assistant, (PTA), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located on Long Island in Melville, NY . 

Facility is a 5 Star SNF located in Melville, NY. We are very easily accessible as we are located on the service road of the LIE. Overall, we are a very busy short term rehab and long term care units and you will be treating a blend of both patient populations. We have an extremely spacious rehab gym and a rehab team that excels clinically. We pride ourselves in having excellent patient outcomes. We are looking for a team player who works well within the rehab department as well as with the interdisciplinary team.
