Chase Memorial Nursing Home and Rehab is looking for Physical Therapy Assistants to join our exceptional Therapy team!

Chase Memorial is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA) to join our team on a full-time basis (30+ hours per week). The PTA will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care, support rehabilitation programs, and help patients achieve their functional goals.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist
