**SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

Aid in the total rehabilitation of patients of all ages in providing physical therapy services. Documents patient care and results of treatment appropriately in the medical record to comply with policies and procedures of the department and regulatory agencies. Demonstrates ability to treat and care for patients of all ages. Ability to work multiple weekends preferred, but not required.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):**

+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association approved curriculum
+ Must be licensed or eligible for licensure by the state board of Physical Therapy
