About Corewell Health Grosse Pointe Hospital

Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital is a 280-bed acute care campus located in the heart of Grosse Pointe. Opened in 1945 by the Sisters of Bon Secours, it was acquired by Beaumont Health System in October 2007. Scope of Work:

Assists physical therapist in treatment of patients by implementing an established treatment plan, progressing patient through the therapeutic plan, communicating with internal and external contacts regarding treatment, and documenting treatments, all under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
