Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a **Physical Therapy Assistant** for our client in **Clackamas, OR** !

**Type:** 3 + months, with potential for extension

**Pay Range:** $40 to $42.75/hr.

**Location:** Coverage areas: Multnomah and Clackamas County

**Schedule:** 8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday – Friday

· Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.

**Responsibilities of the Physical Therapy Assistant:**

· Provide skilled PT in the home health setting.

· Performing admissions, treats, evaluations, 30-day reassessment, resumption of care and recertification if needed

· PTA subsequent visits

**Qualifications for the Physical Therapy Assistant:**

· Home health experience required

· Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License required
