Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a **Physical Therapist** for our client in **Point Pleasant, WV** !

**Type:** 3 + months, with potential for extension

**Pay:** $57 to $59/hr

**Location:** Coverage areas: Mason and Jackson County in West Virginia

**Schedule:** 8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday – Friday

· Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.

**Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:**

· Create POC for patients in their homes.

· Provide treatment and evaluate the progress of the patient.

**Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:**

· Home health experience with Oasis documentation

· PT active WV or compact license
