**Job Description:**
Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards of the American Physical Therapy Association and policies and procedures of Essentia Health.Balanced mix of general outpatient and pelvic floor therapy; pelvic floor experience preferred.

**Education Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's Degree,Master's Degree, or Doctorate Degrees from a physical therapy accredited program

This Physical Therapist position will maintain a balanced caseload of pelvic floor rehabilitation and general outpatient physical therapy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Provide comprehensive physical therapy services, including patient evaluation, individualized plan of care development, implementation of evidence-based interventions, patient and caregiver education, and discharge planning for a full outpatient caseload.
