**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**

+ Master's degree or equivalent in Physical Therapy or Doctoral from an accredited program.
+ Zero (0) years' related experience.

**LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS OR CERTIFICATIONS**

+ Texas PT licensure through the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (TBPTE).
+ Maintain active BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (Approved by American Heart Association).
