The Physical Therapist Opportunity: - Full-time, permanent, direct hire
- Physical Therapist practices physical therapy according to current standards of practices in conjunction with the department's policies and procedures, including patient assessment, treatment, delegation, coordination, and evaluation of services provided
- Responsible for the patient's record documentation and acts as the patient advocate
- Schedule: Monday Friday, 5x8s, day shift, rotating weekends
- Setting: Outpatient
Physical Therapist Qualifications: - Master s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
