Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

+ Evaluate and treat patients in their homes

Minimum Education:

+ High School Diploma or GED, required

+ Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, required

+ Master or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred

Minimum Experience:

+ 1 year of experience in homecare, strongly preferred

License/Certification:

+ NJ License in Physical Therapy

+ BLS, preferred

+ Valid and unrestricted Driver License with a clean driving record, required.
