Physical Therapist - Home Health Care
Schedule: 40 hours per week, day shift
On-Call Requirements: Minimum of one weekend per month, plus one summer holiday and one winter holiday
Eligible for full-time benefits. $10,000 sign on bonus

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under general supervision of the therapy supervisor implements medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs, (e.g., heat water, exercise, etc.) directed towards relieving pain and/or restoring physical functions to rehabilitative clients.
EDUCATION:

A specific level of technical knowledge and the applications of various treatment interventions in order to relieve pain and/or restore a physiological function.

+ This level of knowledge is generally obtained through the completion of an accredited bachelor's level program in Physical Therapy.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

+ Current State of Michigan Licensure in order to practice as a registered physical therapist.
