**Job Overview**

**Requirements**

+ Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program required.
+ Must have current license in the state of Wisconsin as a Physical Therapist in good standing or have compact license privilege to practice in Wisconsin.
+ Must be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).

**Work Hours**

We are seeking a part-time (24 hours/week) Physical Therapist to work Monday-Thursday from 11:30am-5:30pm. This position will primarily work with inpatients and geriatric outpatients.
