Roles & Responsibilities
Highly experienced lead teachers are assigned to a cluster of schools to provide administrative leadership and support.
Lead teachers are responsible for ensuring schools within the cluster of their responsibility conform to administrative requirements of the company, along with evaluating the performance of all teaching staff.
Lead teachers monitor the records of these schools to ensure all items are maintained up to date and information is complete and accurate according to set deadlines.
Additionally, lead teachers will be assigned to teach specific classes in the schools within their assigned clusters. Lead teachers will oversee the any extracurricular activities along with the preparation and implementation of tournaments and other events.
