• Scope: PM&R admit, discharge, and rounding

• Hospital: New LTAC facility, 45 beds
• Group: 1-2 Physicians
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
• Require: Board Certified/Eligible PMR, Active TX License or IMLC Compact License
