Role Purpose
Responsible for customer‑facing technical engagement across the product lifecycle, ensuring successful design‑in, deployment, and adoption of PCS solutions. Key responsibilities include supporting customer co‑design and joint development activities by acting as a technical interfacebetween customers and internal teams; providing customer‑targeted product documentation and training; delivering technical guidance and recommendations; gathering customer information and feedback; and following through on actions needed to rapidly address technical and product issues as they arise. Requires close collaboration with Sales and Sales Operations within the PCS Commercial team, and strong cross‑functional engagement with adjacent functions across the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
